Manufacturing provides comprehensive time-series inventory management and bill of materials maintenance.  It takes manufacturing work orders and breaks them down to their component parts to forecast gross and net requirements over six user-defined periods.

  • Receives sales orders directly if linked to Sales Orders modules
  • Updates net requirements with purchasing information if linked to Purchase Orders module
  • Maintains an unlimited number of notes for each inventory item
  • Links to General Ledger providing accounting for work in progress and finished goods
  • Performs a mass cost or price change on any group of inventory items, implements as either a flat dollar amount or a percentage of the current cost or price
  • Supports multiple suppliers for the same inventory item, letting you view information about other vendors that supply the same product
  • Displays 36-month usage history information for inventory items when you call up the inventory record
  • Can be used separately or linked with Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, General Ledger, Inventory and Accounts Receivable
